Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a short term solution focussed talking therapy that will provide you with skills and techniques to effectively manage and overcome problems such as stress, depression and anxiety disorders.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is recommended by the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence as the first choice treatment for depression and a range of anxiety disorders including panic, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD) Social Phobia and others.
